Need rookie advice (runner)

I'm 5'8 130lbs and 18. I don't have much body fat and I'm lean. I'm a distance runner and I'm looking to make gains in my performance and was looking into anabolics (anavarol, clenbutrol, etc.) I've heard people don't suggest it due to weight gains that have negative effects but due to my size and narrow build, I'm not too concerned about that. What I am concerned about is joint damage due to side effects. Advice? I need better stamina, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and just more red blood cells/ oxygen to the muscles. I've heard about hgh as well.
 
I am a runner too i also want the same result but we're still too young for that especially you. If you already took your decision like i did and you're going for it, well i advice you to read a lot more about these stuff before you listen to anyone and you gonna need few stuff to get on a cycle such as PCTs and few things.

Okay, I'm currently in Greece staying with family until August 10th and I've found out that restandol and Norma test e are relatively easy for me to get. I don't know much about them besides that they're testosterone and pharma grade. How would they work???
 
At that dose I wouldn't bother. Your actual balls will produce sufficient levels not that off those levels.

You asked for ''I need better stamina, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and just more red blood cells/ oxygen to the muscles''. Short of asking for new legs too... I jest. The thing is, as keen to pass on roid and or SARM info as we are famed for we also see 18 as pushing the boundaries of the time you might consider using PED's. We prefer to see 25 as a starting point. At 18 you're just about producing as much test naturally as it is possible for you to produce.

Testosterone will be counterproductive to your goals, so it makes no sense to use it, no matter the dosage.

@stevesmi has recommended you the best stuff for your objectives.
 
I agree with @lev butlerov and @stevesmi

Cardarine + SR9009 (stenabolic) would be a killer fat loss and endurance stack.

The recommended dosage of cardarine is 20mg/day. The recommended dosage of SR9009 is 30mg/day. SR9009 needs to be dosed more frequently since it has a very short half life.

I would take 10mg of cardarine and SR9009 with breakfast and your last meal of the day each day. I would take an additional 10mg of SR9009 30 minutes before your workout.

Both cardarine and SR9009 are non-hormonal and stimulant free so you don't have to worry about dosing them close to bed time. They won't effect sleep or anything like that.
