No. Assuming it's REAL hot (like 90-100f+) there's a reason why we're not full of beans - it;d be dangerous to run around doing crazy stuff. It'd drive our core temperature through the roof and we'd die. What people from hot countries do is get up when it's cool (dawn) and get a bunch of work done then, same around sundown. Look at what they eat too.
Finally look at low glycemic food - ones which provide a slow and steady release of energy.
