Need lots of help

Ok so let's start with what I need....I need help with a diet plan...a workout plan....and a supplement plan. Can I get all this in one place or do I need to go to every forum for it?

I'm 22. 5'9" and 140lbs. I'm in Kuwait. I can get most foods but its not as easy as if I were home.

I have an hour a day to be in the gym....and I have supplement stores I can get stuff from. I started to use gear but I've been told that I should start here first..

So any advice and help you have is appreciated.

Its better to go read in every forum first and get somewhat of a plan for each and then you post it all here for ur complete cycle plan. Then it'll get critiqued in one spot. Best way to do it imo. You'll get the most out of it and understand what ur doing better that way.

Take your time and put in the time researching. Use the search function, its great. We can't just spoonfeed you..

I was linked to on of the diet plans here, and its quite a bit harder to shop in Kuwait then back home so this is what I got from the store.

I got a lot of chicken breast, and several steaks. I got a lot of bananas and celery. I've got peanut butter, oats, brown rice, olive oil.

My plan for the Diet is:

Breakfast 2:00PM
6 eggs and oatmeal

Meal 2 6:pm

Protein bar

Meal 3 10pm

Chicken Breast and Oatmeal

Meal 4 2am

Peanut butter and Banana

Meal 5 5am

Chicken breast and oatmeal

Workout 7am

Meal 8 Protein Shake

Do you think that is enough for my small meals? And every 4 hours?

I'm waiting to get protein as its twice as expensive in town, but I think I can get it from the PX on base.

If I do that I'll sprinkle cassein protein over just about everything I eat just to add a bit...I'm going to get creatine and take that before each workout, I've got amino acid pills with 5mg of glutamine and a long list of other stuff...and I'll be taking a daily vitamin.

Workouts will be Monday Chest and Tris, Tuesday Back and Bis, Thursday Legs, Friday Abs

I have a very very small gym to work in so I'm still doing the research on exactly what can be done...I've got plenty of dumbells and our benchpress is a smith machine. Everything else is a machine....our pulldown machine can only pull down...can't change the direction, but can do pullups on it.

And yes, my goal is to put on roughly 20lbs

Take that back, I wanna put on about 40lbs. And the reason I didn't list brown rice is because I ate some last night, and it just sucks. But I looove oatmeal. I'm assuming I shouldn't add sugar or does it matter since i'm trying to bulk? I can do either, but I prefer sugar. Also can I drink a lot of milk for added protein? Somebody said the way it digest it really isnt that good for us.

Thank you for listening to us about the gear, we might be assholes but we do have your best interest in mind. Kewait Hu, that is by far the worst place on that I have ever been! That god awful desert should be made into a sheet of glass as far as I'm concerned. Kewait was worse than Iraq and Afghanistan. Ok you are well on your way bro, keep reading this place is a valuable asset. If you are at the MWR want to read an article but u don't have enough time left on the computer than copy and paste it to a jump drive. Does KBR still do the chow? If so they can give you a lot of information about foods and values specific to what they are serving. If chow is military than your F'd in the A. Also keep your goals realistic 40 lbs is a lot of weight I would start at 20 and see where you are. You have a long road ahead of you and a lot of learning to do just make sure you do not deprive yourself of much needed nutrition that is a very common mistake. Any questions or if you need something specific PM me and I will do my best to square you away. Good luck

A perfect diet plan is also necessary instead of exercise. Eat the right balance of your food, drink plenty of water daily, intake adequate amounts of protein etc.. If you maintain your diet and follow it regularly then you will always keep fit and healthy.
