im 19 and 6,2 190 lbs i got fat mostly round middle ithink its couse of beer but i cut that need help wut can i eat so that i dont loos mucle and loos fat instead couse i want to get big and loos fat at the same time ( not too big thou) 200 lbs but mostly mucle will do for me plz help thnx iv been training for like 3 months and i think my body fat is around 18 or 19 %
