need loose fat mosly but get big a lil bit plz help

im 19 and 6,2 190 lbs i got fat mostly round middle ithink its couse of beer but i cut that need help wut can i eat so that i dont loos mucle and loos fat instead couse i want to get big and loos fat at the same time ( not too big thou) 200 lbs but mostly mucle will do for me plz help thnx iv been training for like 3 months and i think my body fat is around 18 or 19 %

bear = beer? its all about your diet man. clean high protein foods work best. some carbs good quality, like oatmeal and sweet potatoes.and yes stop drinking the beer. its kinda hard to help when we dont know more about youl ike how long youve been training. fill us in
 
I agree with EAT BIG eat clean ad no beer- lots of protein and one advice i wil give u is start doin cardio post workout 30mins max- only on training days..

MON: chest & biceps
TUE: legs
WED: off
THU: shoulder & triceps
FRI:back & traps
SAT:off
SUN: off

NOTE: train in the rep range of 8 to 10 with high intensity bro.
