need input to develop workout and target fat loss

just some background fyi

over the last 3 months, i have been on a low carb diet and have lost roughly 50 lbs. I have done cardio every other day since i started this diet and can now go for about 25min @ 5mph before im exhausted. i have done some very basic workouts with free weights and bowflex just to get into the routine as i have never really need worked out before, also started some ab roller routines. currently i weigh 230lbs, and using the CKD Calculator, im about 21% BF, but probably more.

Im at school and have access to a full gym now, and I seriously need and want to begin a workout to build muscle and tone my body, to complement my ongoing weightloss. cardio and diet have gotten me to where i am, but i need to add weights to push things further. my biggest faults are my huge gut, lovehandles, and nice plumpy bitch tits. my midsection is just a total mess, and psychologically, it really gets to me. I need some serious ideas developing a workout and diet that will help me trim and develop a midsection.

thank you for any feedback

breakfast:
oatmeals or grits with 3 eggs and 1 yoke.

2nd meal:
chicken breast, bake potato or pasta.

3rd meal:
tuna or fish with spagattie.

4th meal
lean meat or chicken with a whey protein shake.

if you start working out, you need food with carbs or you won't be lifting weights for long.

for chest:
bench press(4 reps: 15, 10, 8, 4-6)
inclined dumbell press(5 reps: 12, 10, 8, 6, 4)
dumbell flies(4 reps: 3x12, and 1 10 with a bit more heavier weight)

for abs:
crunches(3x25), and leg pull ups(3x15).

for love handles
deal lifts

C A R D I O 45mins every morning on empty stomach
fuck the oatmeal and potato's and spegetti. thats horrible if your on a low carb diet.
a cdk diet should be high fat low carb. eat some green veggies and make sure your getting fiber, have some flax seeds.

hit the weights, experiment with diet (try ckd, try 30/30/40) and see which diet works for you, energy wise, and results wise.

carbs aint the enemy bro, its all about how much, what type and when you eat them
i managed to get from 10-7% bodyfat and i eat oatmeal twice a day and have glucose post workout

well in my situation, not eating carbs has done my body very well.
thing is, i want to maintain bf loss with a low carb diet and begin to seriously workout with weights. btw, i do throw in rice and greens occassionally, usually on a workout day.

eurorides, i have tried doing cardio at different times and have found that its extremely difficult for me to run in the morning if i have not eating anything. I usually do cardio in the evening after about 4 or 5 meals and thats when i have my energy. I cant run for shit on empty stomach, i feel so weak.

If you eat carbs you gotta eat good ones, spegatti isnt a good one, veggies are great and oatmeal is great as well (im gonna have 2 cups after i work out today :) ) but im trying to gain 2lbs a week.
