Hey all, i'm new here and needing help. I just had a baby 4 months ago and having a hard time losing body fat. I gained 45 pound with pregnacy! I used to be 5"4 135 with 14% body fat, so I would like to get back to that! I now weigh about 146, have no idea about bf%. I'v been working out 4 times a week with weights. and 5 times a week cardio with the elliptical trainer, about 45 minutes in the morning or after the weight workout. My diet has been:
breakfast: 5 egg whites 1 cup oats
snack: myoplex light shake
lunch: tunafish and carrots
snack: snytrax necter and serving of carb
before bed: eggwhites and some all natural peanutbutter
Any help would be great, I'm losing weight but too slow,I think it is that i have pregnancy hormones yet

Wow! Looks to me like you're doing everything right. I wouldn't be too concerned with losing weight quickly - it's usually a sign that you're sacrificing muscle mass when you lose weight really fast (usually, but not always!).

As long as you're losing weight - I think you should stick with what you're doing. When you reach a plateau (i.e., weight loss stops completely) you can consider dropping a few hundred calories per day from your diet.

Stick with it!! :)

Just posting a before picture

It really does look like your doing pretty well .. you could change some things and make it a little better ..

Breakfast is great
Snack is good
Lunch.. tuna is great...maybe change the carrots (mod-hi GI) to a lower starch veggie or combo salad (broccoli, spinach, romaine, onion, tomato <-- any or all )
Snack#2 maybe eliminate carbs on this meal and stick to protein+good fat (not really familiar with snytrax necter)
Before bed eggs+peanut butter= exactly what i eat..

k.. theres my two cents

You seem to do it right

Keep going on the right track on don't be too impatient : it usually takes time
