Starting test cyp..im doin 400mgs/week. Should i do it twicw a week or every four days at 200mgs every shot? Also which is better while im on the cyp...arimdex or tamoxifen? Thx..

I do 200mg on tuesdays and saaturdays and I use arimidex while on.

lifting for 7yrs...did 2 cycles in the past 3yrs which were cyp for my first and then cyp and mast as my second cycle..im 34yrs old, 5'5, 160lbsand BF is around 11%... HCG as my post cycle.

I would advise you to learn a lot more about cycling before you run this if you have not already. That set up and pct are not good at all bro.
