Need help with post cycle!

I've been on a sust250/deca/d-bol cycle for about 8 weeks? I have about a month to go, and i have one vial 5000iu HCG, and enough clomid for maybe 100mg a day for a week, and 50mg a day for one to two weeks. Can someone help me plan my PCT? I realize now i should have gotten more HCG, but that's not an option right now. little help please? I'm psyched with my gains and i want to keep as much as possible.

oh, and btw, a little training question hear. Whats the best way to get rid of that little second elbow thing? I can't stand the bump of the bone that i feel on the inside of my elbow.

Shoot 200 iu of HCG eod, or at least 500 iu per week, for the remainder of the cycle.

Go with 25mg of Clomid that way you'll avoid the sides (depression, moodiness, FYI-- at least that's how I feel) and be able to spread it out longer.

50mg ED of clomid is more than enough, anymore and you may experence sides with little to no extra benifit at all

You want to get rid of your elbow joint?

I'm pretty sure it's there to stay.

lol no, you know what i'm talking about, that bone on the inside of your elbow. i don't want to remove it lol i just want to cover it up. build muscle around it.

and thanks for the info on the HCG guys. i'll do that. but shouldn't i start that AFTER my cycle? or it doesn't matter if i do it for the remaining 4 weeks?

and thanks for the info on the HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - guys. i'll do that. but shouldn't i start that AFTER my cycle? or it doesn't matter if i do it for the remaining 4 weeks?

That bone is called your medial epicondyle, it is the common insertion point for wrist flexors...

Building your biceps and forearms (with wrist curls) will remedy your issue.
