Need help with nutrition

I need some ways to eat I can't drink protein shakes or eat the bars they make me sick and I can't lift. My normal meals include
BREAKFAST 3 eggs, oatmeal, glass of skim/2% milk
Every other meal is eather tuna, chicken, steak, with veges and v8 any suggustions on lean mass recipes
 
Here are some considerations: investigate other protein powders as you may have a reaction to the artificial sweetners or fillers used for the brands you have tried; let us know how much time you have to cook (example you may only have 2 hours on the weekend to cook in bulk); and your budget.

Stay encouraged and know that there is a solution out there for your goals!

my budget is low right now I am in college I have time to precook my food. I have tried ON Precision brand, muscle milk, GNC's brand and a few others what do I NEED TO LOOK FOR WITHOUT THE ARTIFITIAL SWEETENERS
 
iv'e been in your boat, untill noah and his ark parted the good and bad protein seas... and lead me to proteinfactory.com and hinted to me that i buy casein protein pre-sleep and WPI for daily use
 
ON is excellent. It has a lotta shit. So is Muscletech. I'd stick to those.

tuna, rice
chicken, veg

6 easy meals there bro.. try egg whites scrambled in place of protein shakes

I will take care of you bro. Tell me a bit about your self. How dose a typical day look for you as far as time and stuff? Are you like dead broke or what? do you have any days off. What foods do you like to eat? what foods do you hate to eat. We can make it work.
 
here is a good shake that some one gave to me off here and it taste great and works great
5 egg whites
8 oz glass of milk
2 spoon fulls of peanut butter
1 banana
1 spoon full of olive oil
1 spoon full of strawberry syrup for taste
this works great and taste even better

ya def give it a try idk the exact ratios on it but it has pleny of protein and is very very drinkable i enjoyed drinking it
