I need some ways to eat I can't drink protein shakes or eat the bars they make me sick and I can't lift. My normal meals include
BREAKFAST 3 eggs, oatmeal, glass of skim/2% milk
Every other meal is eather tuna, chicken, steak, with veges and v8 any suggustions on lean mass recipes
