Need help with my arms

try this.....if you want...

bis...10-10-10

grab your 10 REP MAX and do that for 10 REPS for the FIRST 5 sets......then take OFF 10 pounds(you only take off 10 pounds ONCE)and do that for the last 5 sets...and cheat if you have to cuz you well be needing it....exmaple just say your 10 rep max is 100pounds do that for 5 sets then 90 pounds for the last 5 sets...and then you are done.......do this with the BARBELL...

and for tris go on the decline bench and get the EZ or STRAIGHT bar and you can try the 10-10-10 like on the bis for tris on the delcine bench.....or if you dont want to try the 10-10-10 for the tris have the decline movement in there....with dumbells or barbells...but if you do the 10-10-10 on tris do it with the barbell like the ez bar...and cheat if you have to and first take a week off before you try this.....

seriously though,change up your routine completly if you have been doing the same routine for a while.If you normally go heavy then go light and do alot of reps to get that killer pump.Basically you just need to keep changing things every so often to shock your muscles into new growth.
 
the last post mentioned swithching, well every arm workout I do I do a combination of heavy and light, supersets and giant sets, along with just like 8-10 rep set, I could write out my arm workout but it would be a mess you wouldnt understand it, basically I listen to arnold when doing arms, I do 24 or more sets for bi's and 24 or more sets for tris, all in the same day.....so that is about 50 sets total with about 20 exercises.................if you would like me to post the workout let me know!
 
Damn i wish i would have 18,5 inchers. Well maybe after 2 more mass cycles :D

Try bocep injections and chance the training routine. Do 8-12 sets some weeks and 4-7 reps some weeks.
