can someone give me any ideas of what to do i'm currently 6'0 178 pounds with 20% bodyfat. I started training about 1 1/2 years ago i was about 150 pounds so i was really skinny with low bodyfat and started eating anything i could get my hands on but i wasn't doing any cardio. Now i cant decide what to do, i want to gain more mass and cut my bodyfat but i know you cant do both at the same time and i cant decide which way to go.
