Need help with diet prepping for a show

Alright so I am competing in a Men's Physique show and have less than 3 weeks to go. I've been on Test prop (150mg EoD) for about 9-10 weeks now and just added Epidrol (40mg ED) as of yesterday. I'm also on clen now, and will be doing 100mcg ED until the show. I started at 40mcg, then 60, then 80, and will be up to 100mcg starting tomorrow morning.

I've talked to a friend who's done a lot of shows and recently won an NPC show and he's the one who told me to drop the test prop 1.5 weeks out and add on Epidrol to help dry me out, and to run that Epi until the day of the show. As far as the test prop is concerned all I need help with is when to stop taking it. As I said, my friend told me 1.5 weeks out, but I don't know if I should stop it then or stop it 2 weeks out. As far as the Epidrol I'm taking Livershield with it. Taking adex .5mg EoD for the prop, I don't know if I should keep taking adex with the Epidrol or not. I'm not starting PCT until after the show is over, and that will be the standard clomid/nolva.

As far as diet recently, I've been eating clean (all lean meats, rice, brocoli, eggs, oats, protein, bananas, no dairy, and no sodium (it's impossible to have no sodium but I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible and not add anything that has sodium to my foods). The unhealthiest thing I've eaten in the past 3 weeks or so is whole wheat bread with natural jelly and natural peanut butter.

It's getting down to crunch time so I am starting to eat only chicken, rice, and broccoli, with the occasional 93/7 ground beef and 93/7 ground turkey. I also am considering carb cycling but I'm not entirely sure how to do that. My friend who's doing the show with me said to eat 4x a day and do 2 carb meals one day, 1 carb meal the next day, 0 carb meals the following day, and then repeat with 2, 1, 0, etc. So I'm assuming 4 chicken breasts a day using broccoli and rice microwavable steamers with it. Or I could replace 2 of the chicken breasts with one pound of ground turkey or ground beef divided into two meals. And then also have my post workout protein shake in there. Roughly adding up the calories in my head that comes out to 2000cals a day (or less if it's all chicken).

I was hoping some of you could help me perfect this diet. I'll also be doing cardio and hitting the sauna to help get the water out of me. I've never done a show before, I'm not expecting to place first, but it will be a good experience and I should place at least top 1/3.
