My Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) has hit the dumper in my vehicle!!! Anyone else ever experience this? If so, What did you do?
On a serious note, here is my training session for this evening:
1. Incline DB Presses - 1 x 8
2. Seated Barbell Presses - 1 x 8
3. Close Grip Rack Lockouts - 1 x 5
4. Partial Deadlifts - 1 x 5
5. Chins - 1 x failure
6. Up Right Rows - 1 x 8
warmups: 3-4 sets for larger muscle groups; 2-3 sets for smaller
Notice how this is all basic compound movements; no isolation movements.
