So I posted in the AS section and they told me to come here. Im 25, 6'1", 165# not sure on the BF% but I hit 2 online calculators one said 13% one said 16% but idk how accurate they are or the formula to calculate it myself. Im looking to bulk up and having a really hard time, Any ideas? On a rest day I intake around 4000-6000 calories and on workout days around 9000. Also intake loads of proteins and carbs.. If you need more info let me know
