I have been out of the gym for about 4 months. I look like shit, I have gotten into drugs and I want back. I am almost done with college and I don't want to be a fat ass when I graduate. What girl would want me or who would want to hire me? I am 6'0, 190, 18%bf. mI have done cycles in the past, A bottle of Refor, 50mg ed Anavar, 200mg deca with 100mg primo, and 50mg Winny eod. I have mpb. I now take propecia. I would like some help with my new stack. I already have enough Arimidex for 10 weeks. I have also had my test and liver checked It was good. I want a low level test I think stacked with 400mg Eg week. Please help.... It is time to get my life and my body back. thanx guys.

Get back in the gym, get your diet back in line, stay away from the drugs.

After a year or so of this - then you can consider AAS.

Good luck

Maybe you should step back from the drugs for awhile and learn to love lifting naturally.

No offense intended, but judging by your stats you haven't gone very far training wise. There's plenty of room or natural gains.

Don't fall into that group of people that can't train unless they're taking some kind of drug, they never go anywhere.

Just going to the gym will help get you out of the funk by increasing serotonin levels.

"For people with mild or moderate depression, we now know that exercising over a period of at least 16 weeks can have the same mood-boosting effects as prescription antidepressants such as Zoloft and Prozac," says Landers.

Bro get up, get the diet down, and get in the gym. When you get in you will feel a lot better.

"What girl would want me or who would want to hire me?"

Don't over do it, bro. A great body is one road to success. But there are others.

Exactly. Sounds like drugs have become a regular part of your life. It seems like you should step away from it and see what you can acomplish for yourself without the aid of AS. Prove to yourself you can change you.

1) Quit the drugs
2) Hit the gym naturally for a while.
3) Diet. (I like the CKD)

Easier said than done though. I think it's too soon to go back on roids.
