and am gonna keep the protein 300gm the only thing am wanna mess with is my carbs each day as you can see. so i just need your help on measurements on the ounces on carbs from the food list i sent you so i can get the ounces i need to equal out to 150,125,100 a day. Not 150, 125, 100, all in one setting am only gonna have 3 carbs meals a day and i want them to equal out 150 a day 125 a day and 100 a day by eating only eating 3 carbs meals
 
I think, personally, it's quality and not quantity that counts. I use common sense, not a scales or measuring cup. I avoid nearly all fats, and I eat my protein in the morning, and for lunch. Speaking for myself, I'd get all screwed up in the details if I tried to measure out and meter my calorie intake. If I'm not seeing the gains I want, I slightly increase meat intake. If I see a rise in body fat, I cut down on the carbs a little. It takes years to figure out your own perfect routine, as we all have different metabolisms, hormone balances, and body types. Remember that what makes me fat might make you cut, etc etc.
