Need help from Napsgear rep reddit and review

I have been using napsgear for over 15 years and never had a single issue, but my last 2 orders have went no where. My last order they told me GP was sold out and they credited my account so I figured out I had to send more money and make a new order to use the credit which I did $640 and switched to a completely different brand that was US domestic. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received tracking and when I look at the brand I recently switched to I'm seeing everything on that brand also says sold out. I can't log into my account because the page is down and I cannot afford to send anymore money at this point. I have no clue what to do so could someone please get me in contact with Jason or any other reliable naps rep ASAP!

I appreciate it man, I know my money with them is secure, my biggest concern is that I've only used geneza and they're sold out and now the brand I switched to XT is sold out. I don't know which pharmacy to use at this point or which pharmacy even has product available.... I sent Jason a DM!

they will be back in stock. i always recommend GP, but if they are out if you take a look at the podcast we go over the top brands
 
Did you try Logging into your account again? Seems like they had some problems when they were upgrading their servers.
 
Naps is working great now. Maybe you should try it again and see if you can log into your account.
Been trying since Saturday and keep getting the message we'll be back shortly. Just screenshot it

Naps is working great now. Maybe you should try it again and see if you can log into your account.

I wouldn't worry about it at all. Naps has been in business for 25 years. I've been using them for 20 years myself.
They have always provided top notch service and products for me, only reason I'm concerned is for the fact I've never had issues and now it's been going on for over a month now and this is my second order that's fell through. I'm completely out of test now going on week 3. I know my money is secure but I can't afford to keep making orders to use the credit they provide and to keep running into different brands selling out before they ship. The only way to obtain my credit is to spend a minimum of $200 more each time it's cancelled due to supply issues.I'm hoping Jason can get it my account handled and it's back to business as usual.

So you figured out you needed to spend more when you had money in credit?
 
It sounds to me like you should be talking to Jason here. He'll get everything sorted. I'm sure it's just a big miscommunication.

Yea it is the only way to process the order because you have to select some type of way to pay for the new order. There's not the option to proceed with store credit and for money orders like I use it's 100 minimum.
 
Bro is important thing. Is it get to you safely. Even if it takes a little bit of time.
I agree with you, my issues was finding a pharmacy that actually has some type of test on hand. That's the whole reason this all started was because I made my order, paid for it, it was processed then after almost 2 weeks at pending I reached out and they said GP was out of stock and couldn't had to cancel my order with a store credit.

Bro. If you're a real man you use Geneza Pharma. But everything from naps is legit.
Always have used GP everything and would love to use them currently but they've been out of Test E Test C and sustanon 270 for over a month and they gave me a store credit because of being out of stock so I had absolutely had no choice but to switch brands.
 
I agree with you, my issues was finding a pharmacy that actually has some type of test on hand.
