I am ready to run either some Dieselbolan or Beastdrol but need some help in designing a program to help maximize my results and keep me safe. Here are my stats:
36 Years old
195 lbs (Down from 260)
5’6”
Been in the gym solidly for the past two years.
My diet is clean. I plan my meals, keep track of all my calories consumed (Smart phone apps are amazing).
I want to put on a little size and gain some strength. Here are my questions:
How many calories a day should I be looking at consuming?
What should the ideal breakdown be (Protein/Carbs/Fat)?
The directions on the Beast/Diselbolan say to take two caps a day and not to exceed 30 days. So I guess I will run it for 4 weeks. What should I add in with it (I am thinking some Need 2 Guard, Forged Liver, Evening primrose oil, and some Unleashed/Post Cycle)?
What am I forgetting to add (I know, I should be running some Test, but that will be NEXT time, for my FIRST trip to the dark side)?
What else should I be taking?
