Been running test cypionate at 500 mg a week for the past 6 weeks, d-bol for the first 3 and i am throwing in some winstrol either through weeks 6-10 or 7-11. I plan on doing an 11 week cycle. I was wondering what kind of PCT i should run with this casue i have been reading a lot and peolpe say may differnts things. Some good advice on this would be greatly appreciated. My stats are 6 ft 180 pounds 10 % bf.

What is the difference in terms of recovery and estrogen levels in running 500iu e3d for 4 weeks and running 500iu ed for 10 days?

ya, i agree i am an idiot, wont make this mistake again, thanks for the advice though, should i start the HCG now or after? Should i run clomid too? I am not going to get that stuff from Primordial Performance becasue i dont like to order stuff in the mail and i have a source i can get almost anything from.

CLOMID: 100MG WK1, 50MG WK2, 50MG WK3
NOLVA: 40MG WK1, 30MG WK2, 20MG WK3

And besides, even if you don't get bad sides, I've read here that some studies have shown no better benefits with a dose over 50mg ed

hcg and nolva for 3 weeks followed by 3 weeks of clomid. Nothing special in this dept. Just keep it basic . I actually still think tapering isnt a bad idea too but thats me.

Testosterone Cypionate week 1-11
D-bol week 1-4
HCG week 12-15
Novadex week 12-15
Clomid week 15-18

And what exact doses do i need for each week by week?

i am at 100 mg/day of clomid for pct (after doing hcg throughout) and the coolest part is the visual tracers I get. I feel like I am doing hallucinogenics ... My neuro surgeon buddy who was on clomid called me and said " Hey bro, does this shit make you emotional...?? I have been very sensitive lately.." I was cracking up..

25mg/day clomid or 10mg/day nolvadex… stacking the two wont hurt but doing a higher dose wont increase recovery and will only make the side effects worse.

why? there is no need for 100mg of clomid a day. 50mg a day is more than enough

I will be finishing up a 12 week cycle of Test E at 420/wk next week. I have had no sides what so ever other than a little acne. My plan is Nolva 40/40/20/20 after 2 weeks. Did not use HCG but had no shrinkage.

Any problem with this?

no need for that much nolva, 20mg ED is more than enough. even better would be clomid at 50mg ED for 20-30 days
