6'0 168-172 Lanky arms and overall skinny apperance.
-Supplements
Pro rated Whey protein - 4g total carbs/22g protein <1g sugar
GNC Megamen MultiVitamin
Probably AF Pure CEE

Breakfast-
2 pieces of whole wheat bread with peanut butter smothered on top.
3 scrambled eggs salt/pepper
Multivitamin
4 Pure Cee tabs
Whey protein drink
Snack - Nonsalted peanuts/Almonds/Walnuts
Lunch- Chicken,Brocili,Brown rice, ham, meat -etc (will vary)
Snack - Fruit/Veggy along with more nuts
Dinner- Chicken,Brocili,Brown rice, ham, meat -etc (will vary)
post workout- protein shake

Will either be working out before or after dinner.

But once summer comes june 1st might be lifting early morning.

Can anybody look over it and let me know how my diet looks.
goals by the end of summer = gain mass/Muscle/strength of course/ be ripped
 
For breakfast instead of having 3 scrambled eggs I would go with 6-12 egg whites. Get rid of the protein shakes and substitute with Lean ground beef or turkey, pork, red meat or chicken.

You snacks need to be full complete meals that comprise of protein, fats and carbs. For example for a snack you can have 4 oz of turkey breast with 2 slices of whole wheat and 1/2 of cashews or walnuts. If you have more complete meals like this trust me you will grow.
