Need advise first cycle

Hey everyone

I need some advice, im about to start my first 10wk cycle of sus 250 @250mg twice week, is that ok for first?
my stats are:
age 28, 5"11, 84kg, with 10-12% bf, Ive been training serious for 3 years on a five day split, and my diet good, I eat clean with one cheat day a week.

Also ive been researching alot on PCT but again I need some good advice for that aswell.what works well with sus? ive got nolva but i have read bad thing about it?? please Help Thanks

250mgs twice a wk is fine!

Run some forma stanazol all the way thru it and Thru Pct!
And PCT should consist of

Just started a similar cycle myself with sust only I'm 3 weeks in and strength is thru the roof and feeling full. Although I'm just doing 250mg every 5 days. Listen to radar he's helped me tons on my cycle!

radar nailed it as usual.. but i will say if this is your first cycle have clear cut goals and make sure your diet is 99% right on the money and make sure you make adjustments as you go.

do you know how many cals you take in? how many grams of protein you take in?

whatever it is i would up it if you wanna bulk.. and reduce cals while increasing protein if you are gonna cut

Sounds good! The goal ive got set is, bulking and adding lean muscle 50/50 i guess.

3800cals daily
300g protein daily
Five whole foods meals daily, two meals being small ones and three larger meals
Aswell as four protein shakes daily whitch consist of
40g protein
3g creatine
5g bcaa
5g L glutamine

I aim for each meal to have around 34g+ protein, an a good serve of carb.

Meals: oats, chicken, fish, eggs, rice, brocoli, beans, sweet, potato.
Fruit/veg WATER
NO prosesed food.

What do you think of that for my goal?love to hear what you have to say cos I know theres always room for improvment! Thanks
 
EAT BIG, you're light for your height...up those cals before and ON cycle..4 shakes a day is way too much, 2 max & that's 1 PWO......

Run some hcgenerate to if you can catch it in stock it's good stuff bro
