Ok,I'm on a bulk cycle with 1-AD,I'm at about 4000 cals a day and 275g of protien,my question is do I just bulk for as long as the 1-AD cycle which is 4 weeks and then start a cutting diet and change my routine?I'm kinda new to this cycling stuff,how long should your bulk last?I weigh 225 right now but my goal weight is 250,my body fat was 10% today,I'm going for a bodybuilder physique.I appreciate any advice and thanks.
