Need Advice

Ok,I'm on a bulk cycle with 1-AD,I'm at about 4000 cals a day and 275g of protien,my question is do I just bulk for as long as the 1-AD cycle which is 4 weeks and then start a cutting diet and change my routine?I'm kinda new to this cycling stuff,how long should your bulk last?I weigh 225 right now but my goal weight is 250,my body fat was 10% today,I'm going for a bodybuilder physique.I appreciate any advice and thanks.

  1. Bulk Diet
  2. Meal one:7 eggs,two whole,1/2 cup cream of wheat,12oz nonfat yogurt,apple
  3. Meal Two:7oz chicken breast,3oz spaghetti w/sauce
  4. Meal
  5. Meal 3:6oz tuna,4 slices wht bread,16oz OJ
  6. Meal4:11/2 cups oatmeal,whey protien,cottage cheese w/pineapple Meal5:2 cups lowfat milk,whey protien,3 tbsp honey,large bananna
  7. Meal 6:8 oz fish,10oz potato,1 cup peas and corn
 
tried to make alist but it did'nt turn out right,anyway this diet has 4,247 cals,612 carbs,308 grams protien,62 fat
 
well I'm sure my edumacated advice is worse than none at all :p

Generally, don't start cutting after a cycle until your post cycle therapy is done. You're just asking to lose muscle!
