everyone thinks that rep ranges are best for muscle conditioning but actually that is not the truth.
it is actually rest in between sets. if you rest 45 seconds between sets vs. 6 minutes you will increase your muscle endurance much more efficiently
these meatheads in the gym who do a heavy set then get up and pump their chests and look around like they are the shit, while taking 5 minutes between sets have a weak core. they can lift heavy weights, but they wouldn't survive 10 minutes in a legit yoga class cause their cores are pathetically weak
