Need advice on Winstrol and Anavar

Hi, first post for me here, turning to more experienced athletes for advice.

I am 33 years old. I have been lifting for a bit more than 3 years now, almost never missed a lifting session except for planned recovery or the rare life incidents.

For the first 1.5 years I was also dieting (caloric deficit) and managed to lose around 50 pounds of fat. During that period, I wasn't making noticeable gains in my lifts or muscle size, but I thought this was normal since I was on a caloric deficit.

However during the last 1.5 years, I started taking in plenty of calories, 500 to 1000 above maintenance. But my gains and lifts are still severely limited with virtually no progress. Fat did however accumulate again rather easily. I make sure to take 1 to 1.5 grams of proteins per lb.

Since my progress is virtually non-existent, I am considering getting some minor boost from using anabolics. I just want to get moving in the right direction, with the minimal dosage possible.

I have done my homework for the last few weeks and read plenty, mainly on this forum but on others too, but since my objective seems to be different than the majority, I am not finding much related advice. Most advice is targeted to building as much size as possible in cycle, while I am wondering how I can use anabolics in just enough dosage to give me small but regular progress.

I read about Winstrol and Anavar, and while they are not liver-friendly, they seem to have the least risk of side effects if taken in small doses. My questions are the following:

1- Would Winstrol and/or Anavar provide a benefit if taken at very low dosage for a micro cycle? For example, taking winstrol for 2 successive days at 20mg per day, then stop for the rest of the week and repeat the week after (thus micro-cycles of 2 days with a rest of 5 days). In that way I could change my training routine to comprise a single full-body workout per week, with the winstrol/anavar taken on the 2 days following the workout as these are the most important recovery days.

2- At such a low dosage and small cycle, is there a risk for natural testosterone shutdown? I think I don't have much testosterone anyway, but don't want to risk shutting down the few of it.

3- Do I risk much by trying the above micro-cycles for 5 or 10 succesive times?

Again my objective is just to get the progress going. I figured that a bit of boost may help.

Anyone with such an experience or who can give advice on the above?

Im new to this Forum and was also looking advice on AAS, however it would prob be best to post your diet and your training plan, it sounds like if your calorie surplus was 500/1000 and you arent getting any noticable gains in strengh or muscle mass there could be something fundimentally wrong with ur diet/training plan.
