Need advice on diet - Starting Monday

Looking for some advice on my diet / caloric intake per day. I just got all my shipments in and will be starting everything on Monday. I have a general idea of what I should be doing, and definitely eat clean. I also train at night so my meals might be mixed around a little.

My stats:
5'7 3/4"
150 lbs
12-13% BF

What kind of macros should I generally be looking at? I know I should be running higher carbs before workouts and a high protein intake throughout the day.

Is 3000 calories sufficient enough for my size to grow or should I be aiming higher? My diet will consist of meals mainly like this..

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, banana (Teaspoon olive oil)
Meal 2: Protein shake, Greek Yogurt
Meal 3: 6-8 oz Chicken breast, 1 - 1 1/2 cup veggies, 1 cup Potatoes or Brown Rice
Meal 4: 6-8 oz Chicken Breast, 1 cup veggies, 1 cup potatoes
Meal 5 (Post workout) - 6-8 oz Steak, 1 cup potatoes, pasta.
Protein shake before bed.

I haven't actually meausred out the calories yet, but I have all day tomorrow to figure out my exact measurements. I also have a 600 calorie mass gainer shake at home I can throw in to fill some extra calories if needed.. About 750 calories with 1% milk. I need to get some fats in there, just havent decided how I want to do it yet. Any advice is appreciated.

What's your workout plan?3000 calories MAY be too much or it may be too little. Depends on your metabolism and activity level.
Milk is crap. Too much sugar.

Helladrol , HCGenerate, N2guard, Need2slin, Unleashed / post cycle. daa. clomid. forma stanzol.

I try to keep my workouts about an hour long. Supersets and dropsets to keep the intensity up. No more than a minute and a half between sets. I am somewhat of a hard gainer so I dont think that 3000 will be too much for me. However, thats why Im asking for help.

Well you're 5'8" n 150lbs
Ill start off by being honest n saying the cycle in completely unnecessary becsuse you still have a lot of room to grow without the goods.

Your diet is fine. I keep carbs around workout, pre/during/post. If you feel you're getting too fat, drop 150 calories. If you're not gaining weight, add 200 calories. Naturally I would say gain 1/2 lb a week but on a hormone, I'm not sure I assume you can gain a lb a week n stay lean.

What's your routine?

PS only way to know if 3000 is too much or just right is to try it for a week n tweak it from there. I'm 5'7" 155 in my avi n I gain weight at 2700/2800 a day.
