P promet1 New member Dec 13, 2006 #3 The whole point of a cutting diet is to cut FAT and keep that hard earned muscle ! I do like to zig zag, seem to retain the most muscle. I do a zig zag form week 12 to 4 b-4 a contest. The last 4 weeks is a whole different story from hell
