Hey I broke my ankle 3 weeks ago and have been on crutches since then and will be for another 3-4 weeks. I haven't hit the gym since then just been laying on the couch. Shitty thing is I just finished pct on my sustanon and tbol cycle a week before I broke my ankle, and in these three weeks I've lost 15 pounds. I am dying to get back into the gym I need some advice if should go or not. I cannot put any weight on my ankle right now. Thanks guys. Need to get my gains back!!
