NEED ADVICE ON 1st CYCLE

I'm gonna be starting on my 1st cycle begining of September.

I Thought what better way to get advice on a cycle than ask people who've actually been through one. So here's the thing. I'm gonna start my cycle with Anabol and was wondering if anyone of you has used it doing their cycle not combined with any other steroid.

I did some research and thought I'd stick with a Diet that goes something like this:

First meal, 7 am:
8 oz. oatmeal
0.6 1 skim milk
0.2 1 orange juice
3 oz. grapes

Second meal, 10.30 am:
10 oz, whole wheat bread
4 oz. cheese, 12% fat
0.51 kefir milk
1 banana

Third meal, 2.00 pm:
8 oz. brown rice
10 oz. turkey
5 oz. vegetables 1

Fourth meal, 5.30 pm
5 whole eggs
16 Oz. baked potatoes
Mixed salad 1

Fifth meal, 9,00 pm:
7 oz. cottage cheese
7 Oz. whole wheat bread
1 oz. peanut buffer
1 apple, approx.
0.2 1 orange juice

Total: Protein:285 CH:806 F:104 Kcal:5340

I'd change between turkey, Chicken, meat and have an intake of 5mg of Anabol with each meal.

I also plan on working out 3 times a week at the gym and the rest of the days when I dont workout (4 times per week) to do cardio ( Jogging, swimming...)

I was just hoping to get some advice from you guys and see if my diet plan and my workout routine is a good one, and if not, what would you suggest; and if you think I should keep on taking my supplements which arent THAT many ( whey protein and Creatine).

Bro you would be way better off just to run a cycle of test only.
Something like 200-300mg per week for 10-12 weeks.
Meal plan doesn't look too bad but what exactly are your goals, age, lifting experience, weight, body fat%...etc
 
how old are you?I get the impression that this is yet another goddamned ill informed teenager.
 
i would never do an oral on my first cylce period especially dbol but im sure alot of guys would

i think lifting only 3 times a week sounds like itd be too little, you should lift 5 tims a week and do cardio for 20 minutes 3 days out of that week. i wouldnt be able to live with myself working out 3 days a week. i was doing 5 days than i went down to 4 because of work, and than i just went back to 5 because it seemed like i was being lazy.
 
i am looking at taking winstrol orally for my first cycle. i weigh 190 and i am 21 years old. i want to take around 50mg a day and eat super healthy, like chicken, tuna, oatmeal, rice, no greasy fast good or sodas. only water and crystal light and other sugar free. basically a sugar free and less carb diet.

what do you guys think of that>?

winstol is not a "safe" drug. do your homework. how long do you plan on taking 50 mg? i have no problem with oral only cycles provided the user is very educated and EXPERIENCED. i really dont think it is a good idea for a first cycle.

im actually reading up on both winstrol and anavar. im not gonna lie i dont want needles. which is why i chose oral. i read places that winstrol isnt bad but ofcourse if there is something better out there i am trying to find it. i am reading post after post on here and searching on google. point me in the right direction :)

if you are doing an all oral cycle because of an unfounded fear of needles, you are doing it for the WRONG reason. pound for pound injects are much safer with way more "bang for the buck". your decision is based on FEAR not on logic or experience. and as far as winstrol being not being "bad" well that is not necessarily true. i have used a dozen forms of juice and winnie has been the only one i have had a problem with, liver values off the chart and a little hair loss!!! searching the interwebs and real world experience are two different things.

please post stats and length of training and i, along with others will try to help you, but i hope you will LISTEN. if you are trying to get someone to "cosign your bullshit" then i personally cant help you.

For some reason people do not take orals as serious. I don't know if this guy understands how bad he could seriously screw his body. You forgot to mention f'd up joints and gyno depending on the oral. My .02

great fucking post bro and to the point....people's fear of needles has to be the most irrational shit I've ever heard.I believe what we may have is a major infestation of people unwilling to educate themselves on proper cycles,serms aromatase inhibitor's and post cycle therapy....which is seriously dangerous to them but they're to thick to even realize it.

well, he talkin about winny and var......gyno, very rare. winny of course can be hell on the joints. and yes he could really fuck himself up. these kids do not know how SERIOUS these DRUGS are. they read up on the subject and make it fit in to their " im going to be all muscular and cut and i goin to get attention and pussy" schemes. the self administration of any powerful drug is not to be taken lightly. aas are powerful drugs with potentially lethal consequences.

when i first arrived at EF i didnt understand some of the flaming of nubes...now i do. these kids raised on microwave ovens, internet and fast food are looking for INSTANT results......sorta like fat girls and diet pills. some of my younger employees say things like " yeah, im gonna get some steroids and blow the fuck up!!!" 160 pound little boys who dont train!!! eh maybe a lil bench press and curls of course. lol.....wtf.... honestly, i wish it was that easy, then i wouldnt have to eat fuckin spotless 6-7 times a day and train myself into immobilization. some kid approached me in the gym, 15 inch arms lil flabby with no legs and proudly pronounced," i want to compete in one year." jesus fuckin christ on his throne.

I read most of the responses on my post "NEED ADVICE ON 1st CYCLE" and yours was simply the best answer I got, or maybe it's what I wanted to hear.

Well anyhow, you're response was:

So here's the thing:

My goals are simple actually, I dont really wanna become the governor of LA, or a governor of any country for that matter, hehe, but I actually wanna get some drastic changes (muscle mass) and get cut fast, I've been going to the gym for almost 6 months now and I was taking whey and creatine but the transformation is taking WAY TOO much time. OKAY so I think I'm getting off coarse now, but my goal is quite simple actually, "I wanna have a muscular body" I'm not saying I wanna look like a professional bodybuilder but I'd like to look fit with some muscle definition FAST.

I'm 26 years old, lifting experience : 3 years on and off, weight: 154lbs, body fat 11%.

I'm willing to go to the gym 6 times a week if that's what it takes, but I hear its better to take a day rest between each workout day at the gym, I dont know if that's bullshit, but thats what I read and heard.

As for the Anabol pills, A friend of mine advised me to take them and told me they're really good if taken in moderate amounts; i.e. they give fast results in short time.

Anyway , thanks for your time, and hope to hear back from you soon.

P.S: I'm somehow scared to take the pills based on the replies I got, but I think being the stuborn person I am, I'm gonna be trying them anyhow, but I'll deffinetly do the blood tests after a month of using them to make sure I'm not killing myself!!
 
ill tell u right now what your answer is gonna be on here .. if u training 3 years and only weight 154 pounds your not eating enough .. no matter what gear u do u will never grow like u want unless u get your diet in check

Dude, I havent been training for exactly 3 years.
It's like during 3 years I've been on and off.
I mean I do 5 months then stop cause I dont get the results I want,
I need something to motivate me to keep on training, and If Anabol will give me that motivation ...so be it!

you're looking for a 'quick fix' in the attempt to not have to actually put in the time and hard work involved to achieve a muscular body... a 'pill' isn't going to give you a fucking thing except side effects because you obviously don't know how to train or eat correctly.

you quit training because you didn't automatically get the results you wanted, eh?hate to break the news but muscles don't come by wishing and popping pills,it takes hard work and commitment bro.

educate yourself on training methods,weightlifting programs and proper lifting techniques..........train heavy but with clean form,increase your caloric and protein intake substantially(you're seriously underweight for even claiming to have ever trained in the first place,you can't fucking grow if you're not taking in enough of both of them)get plenty of rest and repeat for 3 continuous solid years..........get that many years of lifting under your belt to develop a level of muscle maturity and to get an idea of what you need to do and stop trying to cut corners.

yeah just throw in some test and that is one SICK cycle.

I'll safely assume that proper p'c't is laid out now that you have incorporated test into your winstrol-oral-only cycle.
