Need Advice from Cyclists

I'm running my 2nd cycle. My first was a simple one, consisted of 125mg test e/200mg eq per week and it worked really well.

This cycle I'm using a test e/eq mix of 250mg test e/200mg eq per week along with 25mg Winny EOD whilst I do gym work.

This time around my legs just feel hard and heavy. I do a reverse periodization approach where I start at the top and work down in blocks (ie VO2 then threshold etc, rinse repeat before moving into the longer stuff as the weather warms). Now when I try doing a VO2 interval it starts to kill after a couple minutes (and not in the normal way).....so I'm wondering, is this what they mean by pumps? should I be getting pumps on such low doses? and is there anyway to get rid of them?
 
That would be the increased Test and Winny. Your first cycle was spot on for endurance work - currently on exactly same dosages for Ironman Triathlon. The winny will give you the painful pumps on its own, and combined with the 250 test, u gonna struggle like mad on the bike.
