I'm running my 2nd cycle. My first was a simple one, consisted of 125mg test e/200mg eq per week and it worked really well.
This cycle I'm using a test e/eq mix of 250mg test e/200mg eq per week along with 25mg Winny EOD whilst I do gym work.
This time around my legs just feel hard and heavy. I do a reverse periodization approach where I start at the top and work down in blocks (ie VO2 then threshold etc, rinse repeat before moving into the longer stuff as the weather warms). Now when I try doing a VO2 interval it starts to kill after a couple minutes (and not in the normal way).....so I'm wondering, is this what they mean by pumps? should I be getting pumps on such low doses? and is there anyway to get rid of them?
