Need Advice For Nervous First "Proper" Cycle

Hi everyone, I'm new to EF, I joined simply because you guys (and gals!) really know what your talking about. Firstly my stats (approx)

22 years old, 180lbs, 5ft 10/11, training for 4 years (really taking it seriously for the last year or so). I'm eating between 2800 and 3500 calories daily, at least 180g protein obviously and as many slow burning carbs as i can stomach with as little sat. fats as possible (i do love red meat tho!). I'm not sure of my exact BF % but its probably not above 13, i can sorta see the top of my abs a bit to give you an idea.

I'm sick of my genetics, i find it hard to loose fat without sacrificing lean body weight, and I'm very weary of my BF creeping up as i worked very hard to get to where i am now (i was overweight for years). I'm bulking, naturally, at the moment but I've realized that in order to achieve the physique i want (so so badly....) I'm gonna need a little extra "something".

Before i go any further i have to mention that approx 2 years ago i was basically given lots of what i now know to be Diannabol - Methandrostenolone - the pink 5mg thai's. I had no idea how to use them safely, or if they were even real or not, i took them for around 4 weeks till they ran out at goodness knows what dosage, without any anti-estrogen's or even PCT, long story short i ended up keeping next to no gains and i gave myself a "minor" case of gyno. Thankfully no lumps or glandular tissue, its the fatty and puffy type that actually almost disappears when I'm cold and my nips harden up. Needless to say I'm still completely heartbroken about the situation and cant even take my top of to have sex with my girlfriend due to the paranoia. Any advice for treating this is also very, very appreciated. I'v just started Nolvadex 20mgs ED (11 days ago, would have years ago if i had a clue what to do).

Now, on to my plans for my first "proper" cycle. I'm limited by budget and AAS availability only.
I've ordered (bravely) 100 10mgs Diannabol - Methandrostenolone - tabs online. I Can also source locally Sustanon 250 and Decca, not Decca Durabolin, its Nandrolone phenylpropionate, the shorter acting ester. I have plenty of Nolva also. My main worry is gyno for obvious reasons. I know all about estrogen and progesterone, aromitisation etc. What would be a sensible first cycle to minimize gyno risk while bulking up as much as possible? Also, do i really need HCG if i plan to cycle for 8-10 weeks? I'll try to get some if its really needed.

Thanks in advance to ANY replies, you have no idea how much you'll be helping me, and can i also say - THIS FORUM HAS BLOWN MY MIND!!!

Welcome to EF.

Seems like you have done some research, but it's not enough.

First what you should do is read the sticky: Steroids 101
It has a lot of good information that you will need.

Second you will need to visit the diet forum and post up your diet and ask for help. Any Bro on here will tell you that if your diet isn't on point you wont grow, and you are going to need to double your calorie intake. So why waste you money on gear if you don't do it right.

Third you should visit the training forum as there is tons of great info there on routines that will help you grow,

Finally, you need to do a lot more research about gear. I would suggest that your first cycle be only Test at 400mg/wk split 2 times per week. You don't need to use a Nandrolone as you don't know how you will react to it. If you get sides you're not gonna know what is giving you those sides.

Let me know if you need more info and I will help you as much as I can or point you in the right direction.

This. Plus, and I may be going against the grain, but training for 4 years (only 1-2 seriously) = you not being ready for a first cycle. At your age, you have more than enough natural testosterone in your body. I can guarantee you that if you made some changes to your diet and training, you would see some phenominal results.

So again, feel free to check out the diet and training forums. IMO common sense would dictate, though, not cycling at this time.

letrozol will help treat gyno

This is true, but it is something that you should just have on hand just in case your Gyno gets real bad. From my research Letro should be a last resort when nothing else has worked. It should not be used during a cycle unless Gyno flares as it may hinder gains.

75th - Thanks, i can understand what your saying. I'm still seeing gains naturally, there just very slow. Call me impatient but I just don't think that waiting another year or two is going to make much (if any) difference. I will definitely be making sure my diet and training are in check before i go on cycle, i already have a good knowledge of nutrition and i train smart. if i had better genetics i may have waited like you suggest.

You'd be surprised. Bottom line is that it's safe to say if you've only been training seriously for a year you probably don't know your body well enough to notice what a small change in the amount of carb consumption does, or how your body responds to one type of exercise over the other. These things are more important that many realize, and only come with years of experience.

Plus, paying to put extra testosterone in your body when you already haveore than enough is a waste of money. Nobody should take steroids because they're impatient...they should take them when they have exhausted all natural methods of progress.

If you're still making gains and your not happy with the speed, it's your diet and training routines that need looking at.

My advice: take 10 mgs of dbol a day for 2 weeks to get the curiousity out of your system. Then spend the next year training properly and using effective supplements. Then you can do another , more serious cycle.

I know that may not be what you want to hear, but it's the best advice in the long run. If you can't make gains at 22, steroids won't help much anyway -- or in the least, the results won't last. And you can do some damage.

Learn more about training -- more about using the mind to go beyond what you think you can. Dial in diet.. Explore some of the effective supps that are now available. You'll be surprised what you do. If you really want it.

if dbol didn't do anything to you then something is wrong. workout for at least another couple of years.
And I would say you bf is higher if you can only see the top abs. I am like 20%+ and can see my top 4. But it depends on the person, how big there abdominals are, where they carry fat, etc.
post up your routine and diet and we can help you out there.

First off OZZ welcome to EF the best GD site on Bodybuilding and fitness on the net hands freakin down! I love this place. I got two things for ya
#1-I agree that being 22 and only being serious for 1year is not enough time. Diet is paramount and you need to get that in check and have it in check for at least 6 months before you move onto AAS

#2 for being only 22 you are incredibly level headed about the Use of AAS unlike a ton of other gungho moron kids your age out there that do not think about long term affects! I think you are going to make EF even better with your many future contributuions!

Good to have you man!

Good man. Feel free to ask any questions about diet and training. That's what were here for.
