Need advice after awhile off

IMHO I think you should go natty for atleast 6 months muscle memory is a great thing.

Get your body used to lifting again before you go head over heel's in to cycling again, a cutting cycle should be just fine after some naterual gains/rehab.

Win/Tren is a good cutting cycle - but take w/e you want.
 
Yes go natty. Do what you know you have to do, eat well, train hard, constantly, disciplined. Get your cardio on track, results will come for sure in no time. No need for AAS at this point. I mean you can use them if you want but you'll waste your natural potential. AAS should be used to improve your performance beyond your genetic limit.
 
Thanks for the thoughts....you say muscle memory is bout six months out w/ proper training diet??

Everyone is different you can potentially have alot of your gains back in 3 months if you train hard and diet right.

I gave you an ETA of 6 months just to play it safe, because some people are hard gainers even with muscle memory, just keep it cool like DJ said and go natty for a while, your body will need time to reach its naterual limits again.

After having so much time off your body should react fairly decent to a cycle, so dont waste it right now wait a while, this way you will see better results from your cycle.

If you take a cycle now you will see results, but they wont be as good as they would have been if you cut some weight and gained some of your muscle back.
 
thats interesting to know, so this muscle memory thing... does it mean that the muscles will remember the size they grew to and go back to that size without using any aas?

Not at all, it means they will go back to their NATERUAL limited size, is this name a spoof or something ?

They will remember their density and size, but you wont gain all the muscle back that you had while using AAS.

Hello all,
I was searching the forums looking for someone a similar situation but couldnt find any so i figured i register and ask...ok here it goes:
Im 25 and have done a 3 cycles in the past and got great results... worked out solid for a 2 years was around 210, BF around 9%, benching 315x3, squating 500x3 and deads were 405x3 and then i ran into personal problems fiance left took the kid. I got depressed, started parting nonstop forgot what a gym was for awhile...about 9 mounths Now my life is back together and got back on the diet and hit the gym....stepped on the scale 228 ouch!! Looked in the mirror even worse....then i hit the bench and 225 doesnt even seem possible anymore let alone 315... but now for the question i am the fatest i ever been and the weakest ive been in a long while. i was gonna do a cutting cycle for the summer but now im not sure. You think i should i hold off for a biit and go all natural? or hit up a strength cycle right away since im already fat, instead off shedding it all then putting it back on for a bulking cycle......any thoughts would be geat.

so this would be your 1st cycle?? if so, i would say do the natural thing..

I hate to sound like a broken record here..

or an advertisement.. but the products i recommend i have used and they work..

so it's up to you.. good luck..
