Ok, I am wanting to work a little harder and see some results. My eating is so much better than it used to be (clean for me) and i'm trying to do cardio most every am on empty stomach. Granted i have been and am a little under the weather, i want to start as soon as i'm feeling a little better.
I need someone to look at my first post on my log and see my pics and then my stats(i think it's a couple posts down), and give me some sort of routine ideas to try. I really am a newbie(green) and someone telling me exactly what to do and how often would be wonderful. As far as equipment i have a stability ball, 5's, 7's, and 10's on dumbells. A bar with plates, and a an old pulley gym i can do leg extensions, pulldowns on. I also have a nice treadmill
I need to start seeing some results and i must not be working hard enough. I'd like to get in shape for vacation and a 20 year class reunion .
I know this is a lot to ask, but please please please...i really need help!!!
