I need to increase my metabolism because as some of you already know i used to only eat one meal a day so i was wondering if my new meal plan is any good if not can someone please point me in the right direction because im not sure if this new plan is going well because i havent lost any weight in about 2 weeks well i havent gained any either but id like to start losing again so this is my current plan:

3 chicken thighs after my run in the morning
3 oranges or some other type of fruit mid afternoon
some sort of chicken or turkey, soup, corn for dinner
some more fruit as a bedtime snack.
What do ya think?

No good. If you want to boost your metabolism you need to eat more frequently. Like 6 or 7 smaller meals a day. Eat a combo of protien and carbs with each meal. Keep it consistant everyday. Count your calories if you need to making sure you average about the same amount everyday.

You need to go with leaner meat, like chicken breast (no skin), drop the fruits.

You will have to add the calories slow due to your 1meal/day food intake. I would start by adding 1 meal per week.

can someone maybe give me a idea of what i should be eating like make a list for the day because i dont know where to start, thanks.

I've always just stuck to basics: egg white omelette in the morning with rolled oats, and a protein shake. The rest of the day, depending on diet: some type of fish: tuna, salmon, tilapia, monkfish, trout, haddock, sole, grilled chicken w seasoning, flank steak, turkey breast, brown rice, and steamed veggies. Occasionally I'll throw in yams and pasta, again, depending on diet. There's plenty of different spices, seasonings and low sugar condiments in the supermarket if you get bored with the bland tasting food. Keep your protein intake high enough, lower your starches, increase your veggies and EFA's and keep track of you total daily calories.
