some people like bob's belts which will run u 70+ i believe. what you want to look for in a belt is that it is thick and you can push your abs out against it. you don't want one of the shitty cheap belts they sell over at your local sporting goods stores. inzer also sells belts though i dont have much experience with them. i like the single prong over the double and lever but that's just personal preference.

I need a good belt too. Should I go for a 4'' belt (all the way round, of course!), or a 6'' one?

I was looking at Safe USA's Competition Powerlifting Belt or the Tan Training Powerlifting Belt. Does anyone know if Safe USA have a website?

Got me an INZER belt. Ran me about $70 and change. Lifetime guarantee though. Had it about a year and still breaking it in, thick as belt.
