Need a diet for my girlfriend

She had a baby years ago and had been on raw diets, exercised reg, and eats clean. Can't seem to tighten her stomach again or lean out for that matter. I think she looks great but I guess we are all our own worst critics. So here are her stats and anyone with a diet plan let me know. Ps it has to be 100% gluten free. She's allergic. Thanks.
