lol...it hurts. I am getting stronger though and it hasn't re-torn yet. I take that as a good sign.

Recently I've done raw squats with 607 x 2, 495 x 8, deadlifted a raw and easy 623, took 1k for 25' on the Super Yoke, 735 on the Conan's Wheel for near 100', loaded my 365 stone to 61" platform, etc... I'm getting stronger, just still in pain.

I have respect for your effort and hard work. I know you will give 100% and I wish you a fast and speedy recovery. I know hammys can linger, especially if it is a tear that bruises. I know you know yourself better than anyone. Keep it loose and keep the scar tissue stretched the best you can. Many times the scar tissue will separate again if it is not stretched good. Try to keep it limber as possible. You know, stretching it when you dont want to and stuff. I wish you all the best :bfold:

Thanks man...it does bruise about 2x a week...on leg days. If I can just hold up this weekend, have a stellar performance, I can be ready for Nationals in August. Just have to qualify...

...either way...I'm going to have fun this weekend:)

hamstrings that bruise are injured bro, hope it is a minor tear and nothing like the bone and muscle separated or tendon tear etc... You ice and stretch of course, is it painful?
Hammy usually hurt like hell, bike, stretching, and running helps me work out minor hammy issues when they arise.

It only hurts when I breathe or touch it...lol.
