Natural supplements to female bodybuilders that wont interfere with birthcontrol

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
I'm researching into natural supplements that will help females gain muscle mass without side effects or having any interaction with my birth control. What do you ladies and coaches commend I use and what sites to get them from?

A female can use all the same supplements as a man, she just wants to stay away from anything hormonal. Besides things like pro-hormones, all supplements are safe to use by females.

The being said -> The biggest factor in determining your success (or lack there of) with your physique and fitness goals is going to be your diet and training. Stick with the 'bread and butter' supplements:
1. A high quality protein powder
2. A fish oil
3. A high quality multivitamin
4. Creatine

You could add a BCAA supplement to the above list but it isn't required. http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/P...GEAR-p149.html

A good natural testosterone booster would be a good addition as well, if budget permits: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/store/Cycle-Support/HCGenerate-ES-p238.html

Stick to the basics. A proper diet, HARD training and consistency is what is going to give you the results you are after. Not some fancy pre-workout drink.

I get most of my basic supplements like fish oil from Costco. I purchase my protein, creatine, fish oil, BCAA and testosterone booster from n2bm.com.

If we are looking into mild supplements for a lady, then all the standart supplements will do just fine - creatine, whey protein, BCAA....you just need to make sure that you are getting high quality stuff. For instance, when choosing a protein product, you need to choose the one made with whey isolate, since it is the purest form of whey protein that has no lactose in it. This is important, since most protein products on the market are made with whey isolate - a much cheaper version of whey protein that does contain lactose. As for the creatine and BCAA, you need to get the products that will have the pure versions of these without unnecessary additives or sugars.

My wife uses whey protein called Isolation by N2BM, as well as BCAA GEAR and creatine Ancient Strength from the same company, since these are of very high quality for a decent price.
