I have just started my cycle, which is based on growth hormone (Humatrope). Due to frequent travel I was searching for a natural GH enhancer that I could take while I'm away (I wouldn't want to risk taking GH with me on my business trips).
I tested 3 products that are supposed to be among the best on the market. I'm posting the brand names here since these are not UG manufacturers so hopefully they will not be moderated out. I took these products on an empty stomach first thing in the morning -no breakfast- followed by a blood test.
These tests were taken 2 days apart, always in the same time 2-2.5 hours after administration (depending on traffic). GH, IGF-1 and cortisol levels were measured. For comparison I took 3.i.u Humatrope as well after registering my baseline.
The results (I took the tests in this order 2 days apart):
My baseline - GH: 0.4; IGF-1: 169; cortisol: 431
3 i.u. Humatrope - GH: 8.7; IGF-1: 188.2; cortisol: 107
HEMOGEX (VPX) - GH: 0.5; IGF-1: 214.1; cortisol: 322
Secretagogue-One (MHP) - GH: 0.3; IGF-1: 207.8; cortisol: 282
Secretagogue-Gold (MHP) - GH: 0.1; IGF-1: 185.8; cortisol: 324
"Normal" reference values: GH 0.0-6.0 (ng/mL); IGF-1 107.8 - 246.7 (ng/mL); cortisol 60-600 (nmol/L)
I'm pretty sure that the elevated IGF values are the results of the single GH shot. It takes some time for the liver to start producing IGF.
These top products appear to be a complete waste of money. If anything they actually decreased my natural GH levels. They all ended up in the garbage.
