Why did you pick those supps? The 3-test seems like a tribulus supplement from what I can tell, and the 6-estro I have no idea what's in it. I personally do not trust companies that are secretive or deceptive about their ingredients. I think there are much better test boosters on the market.
Your question about forma - I think normally, anti-estrogens aren't need after natural T booster supps, but I've never tried forma. I think some people use it stand alone, so hopefully someone with more experience with forma will respond your post. I doubt you would need it but maybe you would see some benefit.

In that case, take as prescribed on the bottle and let us know what happens!
I would not take the Forma. Read up on it. there are lots of threads here about it. It seems great after a roid or prohormone cycle, but I don't think you need it for what you are doing, and getting estrogen too low is not a good thing.
