I placed a order with NapsGear and recieved a letter of apology today from the USPS stating that my order was damaged during transit. I’ve never had this happen and was just curious am I just at loss due to NapsGear or the shipper not at fault ?

My apology if this was interpreted wrong I wasn’t saying NapsGear was at fault. The letter clearly read it was damaged during transit which means USPS is at fault . I’m cool with NapsGear and not upset at all .
