My initial payment did not go through and they confirmed that. I sent the bitcoins
A day later i checked my account and it was back, it had been rejected. After talking to them it was me who put in the wrong address and they payment got rejected. they worked with me and help solve the mystery as to what happened. I then corrected my mistake… made the payment and two days later they shipped it to me. Great service
