Hell No!! Only done 4 cycles, 48yrs old but i have to say using these products as directed in my cycle and PCT this time around, well.. the difference is like night and day! Currently running Bridge (double dose) and swear i,m still gaining and dropping bf%. Just about to order 2 bottles of GEAR from NTBM. Don,t hesitate people, this is an honest assesement from a guy with 4 cycles under his belt.. Many thx from UK
