N2guard dosing with orals

How do I run n2guard where I am going to be running 50mg a day of anavar oxandrolone?
I want to make sure that I am protected but also don't want this stuff to ruin the steroids and I'm using either
do I start with a low dose and then work my way up or do I just run the full amount right away?

with 50mgs of anavar you need around 7caps /day of n2guard
and split it into 2 doses 3 caps am 4 caps after lunch
