Call the store. You'll get a quick answer from the people who physically ship it themselves and can look at your order and inventory right then and there while you have them on the phone. Had to do it before. Fastest way to get your answer.

Once a package ships, if usually arrives within 3-4 business days. Keep in mind that things may not ship as soon as you order. Give it some time to get there before we start bombarding customer service with people wanting to know the status of the order they placed a week ago. Sometimes USPS drops the ball too, and it takes longer. All things to consider

if you haven't got your package in that long something is wrong.. you should call them or email Shanna.

when you go check your account on there is it giving you a tracking #? if so then the post office could have lost it

yeah check. I believe each order is shipped with a tracking #.

I've never had an issue.
