Well, I didn't do any weekend events...because I have no implements to work with. But...I had a fairly decent workout in the gym. Here is what I did...
Today was my deadlift day.
135 X 3 reps X 3 sets...warm up
205 X 14 reps for 90 seconds...was trying for max reps.
Rested 3 minutes
185 X 17 reps for 90 seconds
This was done with no belt or straps.
Tried to do good mornings with 95 lbs but my lower back was worn out from the deads.
So...I went to seated rows....
100 X 10 reps X 3 sets
Pullups:
3 sets of 6
Hammer DB curls
20 lbs X 10 reps X 4 sets.
That was it. I was rushed and couldn't do my abs or my farmers walk with DB up the stairs...I had to go to work.
Overall...I had a good one today.
