She hates the fact that she's gaining weight and not shedding it. Some of the changes in her body are the extra hair thingy her clit has gotten huge( I enjoy that fact!! yeah I am a pig slap me)And she cums over and over we have to lay out thick towels or the bed is a puddle field. And last but not lease she has a sex drive that would put a porn star to shame (another fact I also see has a plus).Just last month we thought she had boob cancer cause one of her boobs shrunk like crazy and that's when we found out she had PCOS She also had to have a ovary removed cause of it but she's other wish healthy and ready to try anything to get well again. So anything you guys hear please drop me a line! Thanks for any help you can expand on this topic.

It appears that many cases are believed to be related to insulin resistance, or the body’s inability to efficiently utilize insulin.

Symptoms:
Obesity, particularly abdominal, or apple-shaped body fat accumulation
Excessive facial hair growth
Irregular or absent menstrual cycles.
Numerous small ovarian cysts (seen in 67% to 86% of women with PCOS).
Other possible symptoms include acne, male-pattern hair thinning on the crown of the head and mood disorders.

The primary treatment of PCOS is managing insulin resistance, which typically requires significant diet and lifestyle changes, and possibly antidiabetes medication.

Here are some sugestions, but she should check with her Dr regarding her diet.

Daily activity. Exercising helps to clear sugars out of the blood naturally and is absolutely necessary for lasting weight loss. Weight training particularly will help her lose body fat in conjuction with a good diet.
Take medications prescribed by Dr. regularly.
Eat fewer carbohydrates.
Eat smaller meals and snacks spread out over the day. (about 6 small meals a day)
Focus on fiber.
Always have protein with carbs.
Do not eat simple sugars.

I hope this helps..

Sorry to hear about that.

I recently did some reading on PCOS and it does seem to be linked mainly to insulin resistance.

The symptoms are lessened with weight loss. I would recommend she starts to follow a diabetic diet and exercises more.

If she is experiencing issues with testosterone, then she may want to consult with an endocrinologist, I am sure that there are other drugs that could help.

I am on call tomorrow night, I will check the papers and notes I have at home.
