My wife wants to run my Var,clen and t3!!!!

Hey ladies i have a few questions for all of you. My wife is looking to run Var, clen, T3. I use these chems maybe once or twice a year and she totally notices how effective they work on me. Now she wants to run them, but i keep on procrastinating on giving them to her because now that we have a beautiful 1.5 yr old daughter i am super duper over protective. And don't want anything to happen to her. She has ran clen a few times over the past 2 years and lost a good amount of body fat. She loved the results, but now with the kid a few extra pounds is not a thought you all know what i mean. But it is her mind and she thinks for her self in a sense so i need all of your help esp if any of you have run this stack b4. btw she is 31 years old, 5'9" 180 lbs and i would assume 17% bf. She is not an insane lifter, she hits the tred for 30 mins 4 times a week and uses our smith machine for full body work outs. Anyone have any ideas how it should be run or alternatives. ty for your help
 
There is some great info in the girlies and gear thread.

I would recommend she is clear about any potential sides, start out with a very low dose to make sure what she has is var and how she responds for 1-2 weeks (2.5-5 mg/day), then up the dose if it is going well.

I would also recommend she joins herself and sees if we can help her tweak her diet and training routine to attain her goals.

She should also have a blood test done before starting anything especially with T3 and this needs to be done several months after as well to make sure her thyroid normalizes. Please have her sign up post her diet we can help there as well always lots of little things that can be tweaked to make her body a more effective fat burning machine.
 
I would also recommend that she starts one, then add another than another. This helps if there are sides and you have no clue which is causing it. I prefer Var, T3, than Clen. There is often rebound from T3 so ramping up and down is recommended as well as carrying Clen a few weeks post cycle.

I know she will not want to hear this but I think she can get better results just by improving her routine alone.
Not sure what her meal plan looks like either. That would help.
You want her to have both of those spot on before she starts anything.
She should really open an account up and come to the Women's Forum. I think she will love it. It would also be great because she could post her progress if she does hop on something.

yes iron and slat, both your ideas are deff key. I never gave it thought on taking one for a few days and then doing so to see if any sides come about. And yes i am making her join, i have been on for a lil over a year and have learned tons of stuff and think it would be great for her to read first hand and see everyones progress than just hear it second hand from me. ty all again
 
I'm a big advocate of woman and var...

warning... cholesterol will get killed... my highest was 375.. doc freaked, but i have hereditary ... my wife's went to 275 which is very high, it came back down, but took about 6 months..
