Good job bro, not bad after only one serious year of training. Dont think cause your small you cant push the big numbers though. Im 5'5" and weigh about 165lbs and just recently benched 350. You can do it just set your mind to it. Which Im sure your a bodybuilder rather than a powerlifter like me. I wish I could do both lol.
i hear ya i just recently hit 275 two times on my own and another two with a spot. for us little ones under 200 it feels fuckin awesome we get up after we're done feeling like were the baddest motherfucker around. keep up the good work bro.
