Also, if I did the 700iu 1x a week, would this cause E2 to spike since it's a larger dose and the half life is a few days? I just didn't know the advantage of 1 large shot compared to something like a 250iu 3x week?

HCG generally causes 2 test pulses, one at about 24 hours and another at 48. With that in mind you probably want to do a single hcg poke a couple days after test poke.

700iu is actually a pretty small dose and E will increase with the amount of T it causes you to produce. You can probably get away with 1mg adex 2x a week and that will likely be plenty to control all your E from the test and hcg.

Of course a few weeks in get labs to verify and adjust adex accordingly.
