Cardio is Peloton Bike and 1 hour hill walks

This is a cutting cycle. Maintenance calories are 3500per day. I am targeting 200-300 calorie deficit daily.
Diet is 90-10 clean. No sugar no alcohol. 300 grams+ protein daily. Carb cycling , Heavy, Moderate, and light/none
